Jim currently serves on the National Business Advisory Council. He has served as chairman of the board at Lakeshore Technical College in Cleveland, served on the Police and Fire Commission of Sheboygan Falls; and was elected to the USSSA Hall of Fame for the State of Wisconsin. In addition, Jim has organized, implemented, and taught numerous safety related seminars and training programs.

Tina Reiss acts as our Project Manager. She has 15 years of safety expertise and is an authority on safety compliance. She works diligently with clients to reduce injuries and related costs; her passion is raising employee safety awareness.
Tina’s management experience and varied background in customer service, production, environmental, and library science offer clients a broad knowledge base. Her experiences heightened her interest in safety and solidified the importance of using teamwork to achieve the goal.
Tina is a graduate of Nicolet College and is pursuing further education. She is currently a member of the Wisconsin Safety Council. Tina is involved with the Girl Scouts, and has been affiliated with Big Bothers and Big Sisters, and the Red Cross. Tina served as member of the United States Air Force’s Family Service and received several awards for her Community Service.

As the Office/Business Manager, Mike has over 15 years of Supervisor and Management experience.Having served both the manufacturing and trucking sectors in the areas of Supervision, Purchasing, Scheduling, Inventory Control, Project Management and Operations, Mike has gained extensive knowledge of the importance of Safety and productivity in the workplace. Mike is a graduate of Lakeshore Technical College with high honors; he is also an Academic Award recipient. He is a member of the Wisconsin Safety Council, he is a past President and board member of the Sheboygan Transportation Association, and has previously served as the President of the Sheboygan South touchdown Club.

Our newest SCI family member! We are excited to expand our services offered into the environmental field. Prior to joining us, she worked for an environmental regulatory agency as a hazmat spill responder and compliance officer. In each of the 750+ cases she managed, she helped to determine root cause, develop an incident action plan, determine the extent of environmental impact, and address future prevention measures.
She has developed a keen eye for the "what ifs" and can help businesses anticipate potential problems that prevent costly spill responses and clean ups. She is well versed in incident management utilizing the Incident Command System (ICS). She can provide individualized guidance for your facility’s all hazard response plan and help you develop a drill action plan. Laura can help you crack the environmental regulatory code and ease the stress of the compliance management.
