As founder of Safety Connections, Inc. Jim brings a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of safety. With 33 years of experience in the industry, including seven years as President of Sheboygan's County's Safety Council, he is expertly qualified to work with your company.
Jim led a fortune 200 company's safety program. His work resulted in an 87% reduction in lost time and claims paid. This amounted to over $500,000 in savings in a single fiscal year.
Jim currently serves on the National Business Advisory Council. He has served as chairman of the board at Lakeshore Technical College in Cleveland, Wisconsin: Was President of a UAW plant; served on the Police and Fire Commission of Sheboygan Falls; and was elected to the USSSA Hall of Fame for the State of Wisconsin. In addition, Jim has organized, implemented, and taught numerous safety related seminars and training programs.

Phyllis Felsinger, Vice President, has over 25 years experience in safety, workers' compensation, training/developement, and human resource management. Her knowledge and passion for safety have successfully led private and public sector corporations toward safety compliance and injury prevention. Her guidance has benefited in safer work evironments, reducing injury rates by 60 percent, lowered lost workday cases 80 percent, and decreased injury costs over 50 percent.
Phyllis is a member of the Sheboygan Area Safety Council and past Board member. She is a practicing Human Resource Generalist and is certified as a Senior Prefessional in Human Resources. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Managers (S.H.R.M.), past president and Board member. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Sheboygan Literacy Council, was awarded Lakeshore Technicals College's Educational Leadership Award, and is a recipient of Thams Industries' President's Award.

Daniel is a shareholder with the law firm Petrie & Stocking, S.C. in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of business law, civil litigation, and collections. He attended DePaul Law School after graduating from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.
Daniel was admitted to practice in 1985 before all Wisconsin trial and appellate courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He has taught Business Law, Introduction to Law, and Business Accounting at various times. Daniel has also written and published a number of articles on various business related topics.
